Effects:
The user is able to manipulate space within a very large area for the remainder of the topic. The user can only manipulate  inanimate objects or forces his created (permission of manipulation given by another user for others). The amount of weight and number of effected matter able to be used is at a given time is reliant on his magic stat (How much he can lift, strike with, etc.). The speed of which is reliant on the agility stat (How fast he can move.). If he uses his body as leverage and a physical manifestation of the motions he can add his physical stat as well to the force. He isn't forced to necessarily use one or the other and can use both in conjunction with each other adding them both to his powers. If one looks closely one can tell what he is intending to control, from his body he fires extremely quick blasts of energy that surrounds the objects as he controls it, its appearance is similar to that of shimmering heat effect making it very difficult to notice. In addition those that are willing to lend their minds to him, either by physical touching him or otherwise connect to his mind will allow him to further increase the range and power of this by a moderate range increase, however they must keep concentrating their thoughts to him or they can't help up this.

I have been sitting on this for awhile.

The issue with telekinesis that isn't present with the other forms of bending is that the other forms have material limits. Materials that can be enacted in response to the forms of bending. That is something not present within this enchantment hence the innate unfairness of it.

You'd have to be limited to grabbing inanimate objects and if you were to actually just use space in itself you'd be limited in a similar way that air is.
This being that in order to use that in distance for offense you wouldn't control space around a person to hit them with it but instead would be things in the vain of Force Push (opposed to Force Choke).

Increase the range by how much?

Also, you could do things similar to firebending in avatar by making "spacewhips" in order to directly effect people and etc etc in more grab oriented way. Nothing that has to be mentioned within the original approval.
