Effects: This has one of two effects that both altered his powers based on his casting method he is preforming.

The more abilities he uses and that appear instantly in the topic he is in the faster his abilities become firing off or appearing. They also gain stronger and stronger homing traits onto the targets making them more and more difficult to avoid.

If Asmodeous so chooses he can withhold an ability firing off by holding it within himself after he has used up mana to cast it. The longer he holds the ability from being unleash the stronger his ability becomes as well as larger in its range and width of effect. Holding the abilities requires him to concentrate and any or actions damage will interrupted him firing off the ability prematurely without any of the build up.

No, this is too powerful. I've already experimented with such ideas and this makes it so you can potentially get this free magic regain immediately if you use it in conjunction with forms that bring down charge times. The most powerful way to have mana regeneration was already made as one of my enchantments to set the example and even then it had to be limited to only going to the 50 MP limit upon creation due to the original potency when in conjunction with mana reduction and under abilities that I have stored in my belt.

The other two abilities are fine within this one enchantment. Any magic reduction or regeneration abilities would have to be attempted separately, even if not as powerful as these.

so would it be fine to take out the mana stuff and keep the either faster effects or stronger effects as is?

If the intent of firing prematurely was to include the strength from charging then that would have to be removed, otherwise, there is no potential risk in using this which there should be considering the effect.
