Effect:
Onyx will morph into electricity and is able to instantaneously leave and travel a short distance. This more MP he puts into this the farther he can travel. The farther he travels long it takes however still is extremely fast even short distances are not instantaneous. Unable to do damage most that can be done is the equivalence of a poke.

Would you deal damage if you teleported through someone?

if anything it would be extremely mild only told to show I passed through them

Edit in that the electricity doesn't deal damage other than what was stated in your post.

Leaving can be instantaneous, however, instantly arriving cannot. It can be extremely fast sure but it'll still take some time. Also, the farther you go the longer it'll take to appear in that area. Granted, it'll still be faster, and grows in speed as you get stronger as does your magic stat but it won't be instantaneous. Make the appropriate edits.
