Effects
This allows the user to defy gravity. This includes walking on any surface while treating it as if it was the 'down' of Earth (this includes changing what 'down' is at will). He can also float up to a short distance off the ground and augment his position while floating or otherwise with ease. This also includes going floating below ground if he has the means for it. While this is in use the user can negate their momentum at any point if they so choose.
