Effects
The user is able to manipulate liquids within a large area for the remainder of the topic. The user can only manipulate natural fluid, fluid he created or fluid intended for his use (permission of manipulation given by another user). This also means if natural fluid is manipulated he can still manipulate it. The amount of water able to be used is at a given time is reliant on his strength stat (How much he can lift, strike with, etc.). The speed of which is reliant on the agility stat (How fast he can move.). This is only reflective of this when he is physically using his body to manipulate the water. When using his mind these factors are reliant on his magical affinity. He isn't forced to necessarily use one or the other and can use both in conjunction with each other. This also allows him to change water he has control over into ice, snow, slush, etc. and the aforementioned substances back into water at will.
