Effects: Oriel is able to manipulate the movement of air around her using her body and mind to do so for the rest of the topic. The speed and force of the air she manipulates is dependent mostly on her speed stat of the time as the faster wind goes the stronger it is. Should she want to create a blast of wind she will have to do a pushing forward motion with her hands or other parts of her body. She can make wind or air move faster the more she repeats movements speeding up over time. Oriel must use her body and hand movement to make large manipulations of the air as solely using her mind alone she can go as far as moving the air around her enough to lift off the ground at her running speed of the time.

You can lower this to about 50 since it's reliant on the wind immediately around you and specific movements and whatnot.
