Effects: Alexander changes his physical body to practically any humanoid appearance. He can increase his size, decrease it, change his skin, his face, his hair, ect. As a side effect of this, at any given moment he can use any voice he has heard before. For all the years he's lived, he has gathered quite a few. He can take on virtually any appearance of a Human or Humanoid Amaran possible, with special emphasis on those he has met recently. He can change his form at whim. However, his forms cannot positively impact his statistics or give them cause to change.

If you wish this to be passive during combat then it is an enchantment. Otherwise, it can be passive out of combat but would need MP for in combat uses as a form. Granted, it wouldn't be expensive. However, I'd suggest the enchantment to work in conjunction with your clones.

What would you recommend for the cost then? I'm not sure of a proper cost for the form as its practically useless in combat beyond confusion tactics that can be easily seen through by more perceptive and intelligent characters.

Probably 5 per switch. It's why I suggested the enchantment. It provides more freedom and the ability to do it indefinitely for no cost.
