| Name: When Hell Freezes Over: Tears of the Leviathan
Magic Cost: 50 MP
Element: Water; Space
Effects: This allows Drakar to manipulate up at the most 50 gallons of water with little focus. He does require gestures to manipulate but any angle he cannot PERFECTLY gesture, he may use his mind to alter the current to correct his inability to perfectly gesture. Also, this does not correct significant differences, only small differences in angle. There is momentum with both the ice and water. Also, the water he produces out of thin air is VERY conductible. Combine with ANYTHING Drakar has that gives him an electric charge, he could potentially send electricity coursing through the ice. Spells like Destruction do not damage the water, but super-charges it with electricity.

| Manipulation enchantments do not allow creation of the element you are manipulating. You must use the raw resources around you or dedicate other slots to gain material for it.
Also, they require physical movement. While you are able to do things mentally as well that is reliant on your Magical Affinity stat, which I'm aware is moderately high, but keep in mind that it also takes its toll.

| I'll make a separate enchantment to transmute water and ice into each other, you know vice versa if that is acceptible. | |

| The issue is the conjuring of the water included with the enchantment not the transmutation of ice to water and vice versa. | |

| Ah.
I misunderstood, so would it be another spell or enchantment to produce the element?

| Conjuring water would fall into the spell category. Otherwise, this enchantment is fine as is. | |

| Well I got rid of the conjuring part, would it be like 5-10 MP per 5 gallons of water? Also, can I have special properties in the water? | |

| Instead of limiting it to a specific number limit it so it's based on your strength stat. This makes it fluctuate with your power. You can also have it so you can control it mentally based on your magic affinity stat which would also account for the speed and such when manipulating it mentally with no body movement. Then speed wise you would compare it to how fast you can move physically and whatnot. Then in topics you could mix both of them to get more impressive results. The conjuring would be discussed in a relevant topic. - Quote :

Remove that. It'd be relevant in the conjuring water topic opposed to this which is solely the manipulation.
