Element(s): Water

Cost: 100 MP

Effect: All water within the a massive area is instantly frozen. Ice created is Dry Ice. Touching metal to it cause the metal to vibrate and take structural damage, weakening their durability. Wood, Cloth, and fake materials can break or tear outright. Mirrors also spawn from the Ice randomly, if the area affected is large enough. This spell can affect all of Blueman's water spells.

The battle area is a bit too vague considering that could potentially mean an entire state such as half of the country and while large area is vague in itself it doesn't have that implication.

I also dislike the idea of freezing other people's spells. You could affect natural water and yours with this current MP but the water of other people's spells would be unaffected unless of course they are using things such as natural water (which would be my case in terms of waterbending for example).

The reason I didn't offer the less than 100 MP limit was because if someone used a 90 MP water spell twice in order to catch you off guard with 100 MP you freeze both of those spells. The instant frostbite is a bit much solely because of the cost. It'd be like fire on the site where it isn't specified what degree burns you get due to the effects escalating with the power of your character meaning a 5 MP fireball or iceball would be more effective when you're at 50k than it would be if you're at 1k.

Fixed.

I would like to keep the Dry Ice burn bit, simply because fire may not burn because of its heat/intensity/exposure/ect., but dry ice is called so because it transitions immediately from solid to gas because at room temperature it is. If a person were to touch a small amount of dry ice, it would nearly immediately inflict severe freezer burn. If there were a way we could reconcile this that would be swell.

If you just leave it as dry ice the implied effects are already there. Stating that instant frostbite makes it a part of the spell opposed to the effects of the dry ice and guarantees it despite the persons potential resistance that could hypothetically exceed your affinity.
