Effect: All ice in the are created by any of Blueman's abilities shatters, dealing massive shrapnel damage to all within its (Short) range and dealing even greater damage to those with extreme proximity to the ice (on their clothes, entrapped within it, ect.) If this spell destroys Ice on a weapon, the weapon is also broken beyond hope of passive repair (within the topic).

This is probably going to be 100 MP within itself due to it being an area effect and the massive damage it could inflict not only to people but the area around it.
