The way it's worded makes it spell like. You could always have it so they're constantly on fire. And considering that would count as offensive magic you wouldn't be affected due to your enchantment.

Annnnd you're gonna need the clarification that it is offensive magic. Something along the lines of, "Constantly on fire. The fire constitutes as offensive magic." Succinct and whatnot.
