Effects:
The user is able to manipulate fire within a large area for the remainder of the topic. The user can only manipulate natural flames, flames he created or flames intended for his use (permission of manipulation given by another user). This also means if natural flames is manipulated he can still manipulate it. The amount of fire able to be used is at a given time is reliant on his strength stat (How much he can lift, strike with, etc.). The speed of which is reliant on the agility stat (How fast he can move.). This is only reflective of this when he is physically using his body to manipulate the fire. The user is able to expand, maintain, and sustain the life of fire through manipulation.
