Neptune still had a bit of jet lag and refused to lay down at the hotel he had bought a room in. The only way to combat this lethargy and encumbering exhaustion was through activity and perseverance. Wearing a tie dye shirt that was stylistically put with a v that had the colors, brown, blue, white and black on it with the center being a head of some dead animal he walked around trying not to be an obnoxious tourist. His khaki shorts we a little past his knees and he wore sandals but not the type that had that piece of plastic between your big toe and your pointer toe (?). Those were annoying.

He looked out at the water and thought maybe he should go surfing or at least give it a try. It seemed interesting enough and there was no inherit danger to it considering his abilities. However, he wasn't sure if this was a hot spot for Amarans or anything of the sort so he was unsure if he wanted to leave himself so exposed and unable to defend the humans in the time of need. For now he'd just relax by the beach but still keeping himself out of the sand.

"Ow my aching head what the hell....this isn't Australia is it....."

The boy trailed off groaning outloud rubbing his temples one moment he was on a plane on his way too the outback.

Unfortunately while heading there he got those 'urges' again.

Now he found himself on this shore with a whole bucnchnof tropical trees shielding him.

Underneath him were a multiple different bodies of sliced up people each in different type of business casual clothing.

Standing up still brushing off the of the exrement of his gory bed the boy stood up straight and cracked his back bending making a complete bridge.

"Oh yea, much better."

The boy said as he rose back up into a straight position.

Taking a look at himself he noticed all the blood and what not that were imprinted on his pants and chest.

Chuckling slightly to himself at this the boy walked out of his little get away.

How the hell did no one smell all that?

Walking forward towards the sounds of waves he began to trek forward.

As a boy with white hair and a disfigured arm walked across the beach the raven haired opposite noticed the blood on his ensemble of clothing. Sighing, he knew there was something up. He was either an Amaran or a human who didn't know how to keep his identity concealed in a world full of judgement and war. Hopping over the waist high metal railing that he had been leaning on while looking at the shore he waved and yelled, "Hey! You with the white hair!" Not trying to gather too much attention and just wanting to discuss what his deal was in private. Neptune was obviously on guard and prepared for any instance of combat but he didn't assume that he'd need to run to combat first in order to get the information he needed.

Onyx was busy tying his arm back up in the bandages as he heard someone call out to you with the white hair.

Onyx looked up just to make sure his hair was still white.

Yup, still Snow White.

Shit.

Turning around with a friendly smile on his face finishing wrapping up his arm and locking the bandages in place.

He waved to said person who called out to him that was currently running to him.

He reached for the damnation handle and....

Uhh

'The fuck'

Looking down for a moment he saw that all three of his handles weren't inside the holester at all.

'Oh fuck.'

They must had still been with the pile of bodies back at that spot.

'Just play it cool for now then go get um.'

Onyx thought as he was still waving.

"Hello you with the raven hair!"

Onyx said cheerfully smiling at him completely forgetting for a moment he was covered in the blood of others!

"You don't seem like a native." He began, trying to segway into the fact that he wasn't either. "I'm not either. And I came here alone. It'd be interesting to have someone else to explore with, y'know?" He was going to attempt to talk to him and leech information in order to see why he was in this area. He was either ignorant of the blood on him or ignoring it and Neptune wouldn't try to bring it up or anything unless the situation became tense and it was called for.

"Oh....that sounds really fun but I have to go get my sunscreen umm I'll BE RIGHT BACK."

Onyx quickly ran towards where he just came from out of towards the bodies.

Poking his head out of the bushes he went back into he spoke to the raven haired boy.

"DONT COME IN, NAKED!"

Onyx screamed as his head disappeared quickly looking around for the handles of his sword.

"I'LL COME WITH YOU." Neptune said, chasing after ~~Etzolix~~the white haired youth. This was oddly suspicious activity and then he hopped into the bushes and said something about being naked. Not trusting this he replied, "I'LL APPLY THE SUNSCREEN." He said, entering and seeing a bunch of dead bodies...some of which were naked. "He wasn't lying." Neptune thought to himself.

Having two handles clicked in into the holster already Onyx looked up at the boy as he held the third one which was the purification was in the eye socket of an older woman around the age of an grandma.

Staring at the boy he ripped the handle out of the old woman's eye.

Staring at the boy he teleported 15 feet away to the side of the where the bushes were.

Throwing the arrow on the floor and jumping on it he quickly glided away laughing for no reason.

"Motherfucker." Neptune said as he seemed to grab weapons and then teleport about fifteen feet while riding the hoverboard making a getaway. "No, you don't." Activating his armor he would also use his water manipulation in order to create a large wave that would interrupt him and hopefully knock him over as he used water to come pick him up and then help him move at high speeds in order to keep up and close the distance between the two.

Onyx was still laughing heavy when all of the sudden he looked to the left to see a large wave heading his way.

Did this guy have control of the water.

Could he be a......water man!?

Nah that's just stupid.

Teleporting 30 feet into the mainland off of the sand of the beach.

Onyx quickly began to move into the town gliding away from the large wave that was behind him.

The entire time he was still laughing as he unclicked the handle of damnation from his holster holding it in his hand.

The being teleported into the mainland which cause the warrior to have to use his control to launch himself in to the air to follow him but not before creating and ices slide to ensure the destruction of the town wasn't by his hands as well as giving him a constant source of material in order to continue chasing the man. He wasn't going to let up unless this became too dangerous to pursue on the island. He didn't want to leave with no information but it this continued this way then he might. Hopefully the man couldn't do this for much longer but he had no idea how powerful he was.

Onyx didn't bother to look behind him knowing somehow someway he was still somewhere....ah what the hell.

Turning around Onyx looked towards where he just came from to see an ice slide in the sky.

He was an ICE MAN!

Turning back around Onyx began to weave onto different streets making his way towards the center of the tourist trap of this place. Might as well give the people a show!

As the white haired youth made eye contact with Neptune he moved into where the tourists were at. Despite recycling the use of his water in order to keep up with the man now there were other people getting involved meaning he would have to get higher in order to avoid their structures. At least at this point he was able to catch up considering gravity and momentum were aiding him.

Onyx continued weaving through different people still laughing to himself as people looked at him speaking a whole bunch of gibberish he had never heard before.

Being away from the last street before the tourist trap.

Onyx checked back once more.

The icy water man was gaining!

'Whats with this guy?'

Onyx thought pushing the arrow further ahead still having a lead slightly ahead of the raven haired boy.

As the person was heading towards a fire hydrant as he continued forward Neptune waited until the opportune moment which was when he turned back to force the water out and manipulate the top so that it would keep the water pressure at an angle so it would hit him and hopefully knock the man off his board he did this while still physically controlling his path making it very steep to gain a lot of speed in order to finally come in touch with this warrior.

Onyx continued to move forward however right when he placed a well placed fire hydrant was right there.

Loving the color red onyx took a moment to marvel the fire hydrant when all of the sudden the water shot out of it.

Onyx jumped auto teleporting five feet away on the other side if the corner that the hydrant was on still speeding away.

Onyx breathed heavily for a moment.

That scared the shit out of him.

With the slide now at an intense speed and the boy teleporting away from the hydrant Neptune would catch him as he reappeared and hopefully tackle him to the ground. If this wasn't successful he wasn't sure what he was going to do. The boy was in the city and he could seemingly teleport any distance away. Was there a way to contain him? Probably not. Tedious, extremely tedious.

Onyx waited until the last second right before he was about to get tackled as he felt his skin be touched.

Teleport.

Instantly moving out of the way onyx would now watch from a little away as the man now in a suit would collide with the a pregnant mother and her toddler son.

Changing the position of 'down' to another building he would stop all momentum because of Newton's Blessing and be able to avoid hurting the mother and the child as well. Returning it back to normal he would then fix his position mid air to land on the floor and then sighed. This wasn't going to end well so he decided to not chase him. "If I stop chasing you will you stop killing the innocents on these islands?" He asked, wondering if he could even trust the man.

Onyx said feigning throwing up and then the boy actually did for quite a long moment there too.

Wiping his mouth he looked back at the man his own surprise as welll that he was able to throw up on command like that.

"Ya see, it makes me sick!"

"Your sword was in a dead body's eye." He said, despite the overdramatic act that the person had. It seemed they were a bit looney it the noggin and even if that was the case such a person shouldn't be running the streets, even if they weren't murdering people. He was clearly powerful and unstable enough to be a potential threat to the civilians.

Onyx huffed crossing his arms while spiting on the floor now having the aftertaste of throw up in his mouth.

"'Body' was referring to the entire body not just the torso." He paused, clearly this person was mentally disabled, challenged or whatever. How did he make it this far without having gotten stopped before? It was probably because of that teleportation ability he had. "Who are you?" He asked, less accusatory and just curious as to who he was and why he was here.

"What are you an anime character?" He mumbled to himself. He's pretty sure he heard that on some Naruto show or something that one of his younger cousins watched back when he was still living with his family a couple years back. "Neptune." He sighed, giving into the game. His name wasn't important. There were no records of him that could be traced by the government.
